Sedifly is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Daniel Ding to its Board of Directors. Mr. Ding brings over two and a half decades of experience in acquisition-side and brokerage real estate transactions across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, totaling more than SGD 4 billion. His extensive background in real estate acquisitions, IPOs, and international market expansion will provide invaluable strategic insights as Sedifly continues to grow and innovate in the education sector.
Mr. Ding previously served as the Managing Director of a global real estate consultancy, heading its global capital markets, and was the CEO of an SGX mainboard-listed construction group. His leadership in transforming a traditional construction company by embracing new technologies aligns with Sedifly's commitment to disrupt the relatively nascent education consultancy market by integrating emerging technologies and streamlining operational efficiencies.
