Founder and CEO

Joash Lee | Columbia University

Joash has a full circle journey with educational consulting — first as a student, then as an employee at the world’s largest educational consulting firm where he founded several products that generate $10M+ ARR, and now as the founder of Sedifly. Through Sedifly, he hopes to democratize access to education and add real value to students rather than pushing for endless sales, having seen how most traditional consultancies operate. Besides having over 5 years in the educational consulting market, he is one of the first polytechnic students to study at Columbia University as an undergraduate. Joash is also a General Partner at Iron Key Capital, a $10M Web3 and AI fund based in New York. He writes for Forbes as a member of the Forbes Business Council, is an active advocate for sustainability, speaking about profit and purpose on platforms such as The Economist and Financial Times, and is pioneering research on peace credits.

Benson headshot

US Strategist

Benson Yee | Cornell University

Benson is probably the consultant with the weakest pre-college stats on our team. But while people with far better resumes — valedictorians, founders, top-tier software engineers — didn’t get in, Benson did with his flair for writing and storytelling abilities. In just three years, he’s gone from a mediocre polytechnic kid to someone his Cornell friends say is the most successful person they know. He’s one of the few polytechnic students in Singapore who have made it into an Ivy League school. If you feel like just another kid or are from a non-traditional background, Benson will “hack the system” to get you in. His students have received offers from universities like Columbia and Tufts.

Jeremy headshot

US Strategist

Jeremy Galang | Columbia University

Jeremy Galang turned what many see as a disadvantage into his greatest strength. Starting in Singapore’s Normal Technical stream, he moved through ITE, then made the bold decision to start over in the United States. At a community college in North Carolina, he found his voice — serving as Student Government President, representing over 7,000 students, and advocating for education reform on Capitol Hill. He now studies Financial Economics at Columbia University, becoming one of the first ITE graduates to attend an Ivy League institution. At Columbia, Jeremy is an Operating Committee Leader for the Columbia Organization of Rising Entrepreneurs (CORE), where he helps connect student founders with the tools, capital, and networks to build real companies. A builder at heart, he has launched and sold startups, led cross-functional teams, and thrives in environments that reward hustle, resourcefulness, and follow-through. Jeremy believes success isn’t defined by where you begin, but by how relentlessly you’re willing to grow. He embraces the untraditional and the unconventional — and wouldn’t have it any other way.

Jennifer headshot

US Strategist

Jennifer Shon | Columbia University

Jennifer blends the precision of a scientist with a poet’s instinct for language. While living on the coastline of Rhode Island during high school, she developed a love for research through projects focused on improving honeybee health from climate change and pesticides — published and patented work that ended up being recognized at ISEF as a two-time winner and Regeneron STS. But she also discovered her ability to breathe life into poetry, competing in Poetry Out Loud all four years. Jennifer earned national recognition for both her performances and original work. A trooper at heart, Jennifer believes in just going for it — and she still is. She served as class president for three years, building community through public speaking and outreach initiatives, and was recognized as a U.S. Presidential Scholar semifinalist for her contributions. Now at Columbia University studying biological sciences with a minor in creative writing, Jennifer brings that same energy and encouragement to others navigating this journey.
